My name is Raxi and I am 22. I’m from San Francisco but now I am on the East Coast trying to figure out who I am, so it’s best to get my list out before I move. I’m trying to prepare for the past for the rest of my life, so this list will be of the future.
1. Wodehouse Book of Stories
I didn't know he was such a hero. I’m not really sure where or when I started reading Wodehouse novels but I am now, so it’s all right. I love the author as a writer. His narration and plotting skills are much better than other novelists I’ve read. I love Ralph Wodehouse for the ideas he has. Characters, the plot, the irony, and lots of good lines. So good at that I would highly recommend this novel.

2. Sylvia Plath’s Ariel
I’ve listened to the soundtrack before. What a nice place to take in front of the TV as all the music makes you relax and enjoy yourself.

3. The History of the World in 100 Objects
This is true as you have to step back to see something that is small and have the whole room full of it. The best part of this story would be the description of the clock, the furniture, and anything else it can offer you.

4. The Beast
There’s a lot that fascinates me about this story. I didn’t just jump in but I could stay until the end. The chance to see the world through different eyes but not as you normally see makes the story a good start.

7. Kate Chopin’s Madame Bovary
This is a really good historical novel. It makes the reader think of past events. This could be used as an examination of a past historic period and what were the issues then.

8. Seabourn: Cultural Influence on Art, Fashion and Popular Music
This is a nice read for anyone who doesn’t read history. It will also inform the reader of different readings people use. I read The Old Man and the Sea before I read this book so I am now reading it again.

Blessings on Me
The most important thing that I like to do is to read any classics from old to current before I start my college courses. Reading these classics helps me to see which books to read next. It's easy to reference books to read when you begin a new literature course.
